Imbanita was established in 2017 as a joint venture company between Imbani Holdings and Tata Africa.
Our story
Formed in 2017 through a partnership between Imbani Holdings and Tata Africa, Imbanita brings together South African delivery capability and global engineering experience. Since inception the company has obtained B-BBEE Level 1 status, CSD registration, a CIDB 7ME rating and CESA registration, and operates as an ISO 9001:2015 accredited company.
